In the event that an item needs to be returned, a refund or credit will be issued within 15 days of purchase, providing that the item is returned in new condition (unworn/unused). Original packaging and documents (if applicable) are to be returned in new condition with the merchandise. Items that have been altered, sized, modified, engraved, or otherwise customized will not be refundable. These items may be eligible for in-store exchange in certain instances. Special orders are non-refundable.
In-store repair is performed by caring, experienced jewelers. Restoration of heirloom jewelry, re-setting of diamonds and gemstones, soldering, polishing, rhodium-plating, and simple machine engraving on smaller objects are also offered in-store. Watch battery replacement is provided in-store, normally while you wait. (We do not provide watch repair.) We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection of your jewelry, normally while you wait. Beautiful gift-wrap is always offered free of charge.

ESPECIALLY JEWELRY hand-selects merchandise from among the finest diamond cutters and manufacturers. The diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals are all responsibly sourced and conflict-free. Each supplier is held to our exacting standards of craftsmanship, quality, integrity, and value. Should an issue arise relating to workmanship quality in any piece you purchase from us, every effort will be made to correct, repair, or replace the item. Natural/Earth-Mined Diamond trade-in/trade-up policy: You will receive the actual amount paid for your diamond solitaire ring, solitaire pendant, single stud earring, or pair of stud earrings toward the purchase of a new, more expensive diamond, diamond earring(s), or solitaire pendant. The center/main diamond originally purchased separately and set into in a ring or other jewelry item is also eligible for trade-up. You may trade natural diamond(s) toward natural diamond(s). The diamond(s) must be free of any damage, such as chipping or breakage.)
LABORATORY GROWN DIAMONDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TRADE-IN.
Statements of Replacement Cost (also known as "Insurance Replacement Appraisals") are included at no extra charge with the purchase of any piece of our jewelry collection. There is normally no charge to update these documents from time to time. (Some items may require special polish, refurbishing, or routine maintenance.) Insuring jewelry and other valuable personal property is highly recommended. See your insurance agent for assistance with specialized insurance coverage, or consult with us for a referral to Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance Co.
